RETURN & REFUND

We are confident that you will be happy with your pearls of your choice.  Please consider your purchase as we unfortunately do not accept returns for incorrect choices. 

We pride ourselves in the crafting of your special pieces, however, if your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your pieces we will inspect the fault and once it has been deemed faulty we will organise a return and refund. Please note that refunds are not inclusive of postage. 

Please note that items damaged during the posting process can not be refunded. We recommend that you insure your package, Olive & Light will no t be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Kindly note that if you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving a faulty item, your request for a return will not be approved.
